Walk from a train station, the location was marvellous. The room was clean and tasteful, there were a dining area, a work desk, and a couch bed.

The location was marvellous and wonderful, for example, a prominent art museum was at a medium distance from the hotel. The room was perfectly clean and new-fashioned with great equipment, stayed here for 4 nights. We had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

Will come back when in Florence, it's dope! My must haves' are a tasteful, brand-new room with great equipment and comfortable bedroom, for instance.

We got excellent value for our money with a modern, spacious and comfortable room. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to most attractions and in a quiet area. The staff were kind and helpful, allowing us to store our bags and providing snacks and amenities.

I had a fantastic stay here. The room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything, providing access to a light breakfast, snacks, coffee machine, and even a washing machine. The location couldn't be better - right in the middle of all the action and within walking distance of major attractions. Additionally, being a few minutes' walk over the river meant it was incredibly quiet. Another bonus was the nearby taxi stand across from Pitti Palace, ensuring easy transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Limited breakfast options, mainly preserved items and UHT milk. Some noise from the entrance door when people came and went.

We recently stayed at Residenza Benizzi for a week-long trip to Florence. The rooms exceeded our expectations with their modern decor and comfort. The amenities were a step above, with complimentary drinks replenished daily, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient washer/dryer. The location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions like Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely choose Residenza Benizzi again on our next visit to Firenze.
